Drake Thompson

Drake is a committed real estate professional, who strives every day to deliver the best customer service to his clients. He is a Pacific Beach native and has been calling San Diego home for many years. He graduated from SDSU, obtained his real estate license, and was eager to put his economics degree to use in this competitive industry.

At the start of his real estate career, Drake worked on the commercial side helping small businesses with their real estate needs. In his most recent role, he partnered with an investment company that focuses on rehabbing distressed properties. As he immersed himself more and more into the investment side of real estate, he realized that he wasn’t able to provide the personal touch that he would like, and switched his focus to helping people accomplish their real estate goals. Whether it’s helping first-time homebuyers or working with investors to acquire their next investment property, Drake is there every step of the way. He is an avid believer in developing personal connections with his clients and making sure their needs are met promptly and with the utmost respect. He truly believes that location isn’t the most important thing in real estate, the most important thing is relationships.
