If, understanding the marketplace, the legal aspects of the real estate transactions, , being available to answer all our anxious questions and guidance in the selection of price and managing the stressful elements of negotiations, is important to the customer than the Lotzofs are surely the agents one should choose. In addition, being courteous , patient, respectful, honest and ethical make these agents ones we were able to trust. They managed both the search and purchase of our new home and sale of our old one. It felt like we had a family member looking out for our interests. Only positives to say. Hopefully we won't be in the market any time soon. They made this stressful process bearable.

They were professional and extremely attentive and responsive. They had an uncanny knowledge of the area and of the potential buyer pool. They were able to give us excellent advise and guided us through the negotiating process beautifully. We are extremely happy with the result. They went above and beyond in helping to coordinate whatever needed to be done on the property (we were not living there and so we were not always able to see to things ourselves).
